Once the patient has met all the requirements to apply for a medical card, his physician has to register him at the DHSS as a qualified patient. Then the patient can obtain a medical marijuana card from the state of New Hampshire. There is no specific timeline on the length of the process because New Hampshire is not currently issuing medical marijuana cards.
